The Green Chilli Pickle from Vellanki Foods can be used as the perfect tool for such a test! Unlike most other pickles that give prior warning of their spiciness with the characteristic red - colour of the fiery Andhra/Telangana red chilli powder, the green chilli pickle comes in a deceptively mellow-looking mustard colour. Although the extreme spiciness of this pickle is slightly tamed through the use of coconut, beware; this pickle is only for bravehearts!
